his wife makes excellent desserts, his son Mario runs the dining room and his son Giuseppe works in the kitchen
the cooking reflects typical Apulian cuisine
the vegetables are in season and the suppliers are local, the fish comes from both the Adriatic and Ionian seas, the wine list is Apulian, obviously also the olive oil
in summer and only in the evening they put the tables outside in the alleys
